* You have 30days from after purchase to email  (photos and description of damage) and return in regards to any faulty or damaged goods.

* Return shipping is at the cost of customer.

* In Harmony Designs is not responsible for lost or stolen goods so please elect to have your items dropped in a safe place/post office. All parcels will have a tracking code.

* Express shipping is available 

* All layered pieces are custom made so please allow a 7 day make time period on top of shipping.

* Current standard shipping time is 7-10 days via Aus Post

* Unfortunately sometimes we sell stock at markets and are unable to update the online store immediately, we do our best but most likely can make for you if not available or refund if unable to make in a timeframe that suits.
